Therefore, we adhere strictly to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as well as the Labor Law and Environmental Regulations.  

Since our workforce is one of our greatest strengths, we are committed to making their experience of working with Aloway truly meaningful and beneficial. Our pay scales begin at 15% above the minimum wage. We also ensure that all our employees have access to medical aid, and have good living and working conditions. As part of our commitment to the health of our employees, all our workers receive certified training in health and safety. 

We want to support communities by realizing social projects that improve the living standards of underprivileged people in that community.  Also, we want to give people an affordable product to improve their health and quality of life. In a country where so many people have little money and many health care problems, affordable Aloe Vera products can make a big difference.
